- finance and accounting - follow up with the finance team and ensure that accounting resources are effectively managed
Requirements
- previous experience in the building materials industry is necessary; experience within the cement/ready-mix/aggregates industry is preferred
- experience overseeing logistics and distribution activities
- demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building client relationships
- entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a start-up environment
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
