Requirements
- previous experience in an Ofsted rated Outstanding nursery, or within a management structure in an Ofsted Good or above rated nursery
- minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- kind, approachable, empathetic, calm and self-motivated
- ability to motivate, manage, and work effectively within a team
- strong understanding of the EYFS, Montessori approach and current Early Years Inspection Framework
- thorough knowledge of child safeguarding and welfare
- availability between 3pm and 7pm during term time and 9am to 7pm during holidays. Averages 27 hours a week
- 3+ years' experience in a senior role within a nursery/preschool setting
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- adhere to company policies and procedures, including refining, implementing and rolling out
