Extremely Poor Service – Avoid

Very disappointing experience with iLikeStores.

The return process has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. I agreed to pay a £65 collection charge, but I still had to repeatedly chase them just to arrange the collection. The first collection was then cancelled, causing even more inconvenience.

The item was eventually collected and returned to them more than three weeks ago, and I am still waiting for my full refund.

Communication has been poor, the whole process has taken far too long, and I should not have to keep chasing a company for money owed after they have already received the returned goods.

For a customer to pay a collection fee, wait through repeated delays, return the goods and then still be left waiting weeks for a refund is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the way this return and refund have been handled.

Well my radiator arrived today 2 weeks after B&Q said it would, poor delivery driver looked shattered. So radiator arrived overpriced with a very late delivery. Just pleased it finally got here

ordered a 2100mm flat panel radiator from B&Q who use Ilikestores on the 28th May, on there website was told it would be delivered between 1st and 3rd of June which turned into between 1st and the 6th June kept being told by B&Q customer help it would be delivered on Friday the 6th waited in all day no delivery was lied to by B&Q customer help and here we are the 13th June after again being promised delivery another lie from B&Q do not use B&Q or Ilikestores they are liars B&Q help only help themselves not the customer DO NOT USE B&Q OR Ilikstores

Customer support non-existent. Awaiting an order that should have been delivered by 8th May. Contacted them twice on 9th May and twice on 10th May to get delivery information but nobody replies. Advised B&Q who have to wait 48 hours. Have everything but the panels so a weekend wasted and still no fence. Strongly advice not to rely on this company or B&Q as customer support from both is absolutely atrocious. Frustrated is a huge understatement. Not exactly cheap so better service expected. I would give 0 stars…

Ilikestores charge extortionate prices through B&Q and some how B&Q allow them to get away with it, is beyond belief. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
