Requirements
- previous experience in coaching football at the high school or college level is preferred
- strong knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- patience and understanding when working with athletes of different skill levels
- organizational skills to effectively plan practices and manage team schedules
- sports coaching: 1 year
