  • we require a candidate who enjoys a busy office environment and isn’t afraid to take on new challenges
  • are you a property manager/Lettings negotiator looking to work with one of the busiest Developers in the South West?
  • you will be managing of portfolio of over 150 beds across Central Bath being the point of contact for all incoming tenant maintenance calls and coordinating contractor repairs
  • handle the deposit returns process
  • conducting check outs
