Responsibility

  • answering the phone and email enquiries to provide technical information and pricing on our systems
  • acting as account manager for certain applicators to develop strong and sustained relationships, to increase sales and promote customer loyalty
  • selecting and sending samples on client request
  • assisting with UK based applicator trainings and organising Italy based trainings
  • assisting in or hosting showroom visits with prospective customers
  • operating and updating our Customer Relations Management platform, Monday.com
  • seeing the sales process through from generating quotes and processing orders on Sage50 , booking transport and preparing materials for dispatch
  • general administrative tasks including ordering packaging and office supplies, liaising with our remote Accounting department, managing appointments and the company calendar etc

Requirements

  • motivated to learn with a receptive approach
  • punctual and reliable
  • good telephone manner
  • ability to organise and work without supervision
  • familiarity with computers and computer set-ups
  • can reliably commute from home to the Lewes office
  • work: 1 year
  • an interest in the interior design, architecture or construction industry
