Want to return an item which I feel is poor quality. I've emailed three times to try to get a returns label and no response. I've messaged the mobile contact number and tried calling several times but the phone is turned off. Terrible customer service!!!!! Would not recommend this company at all

This is certainly problematic. What kind of item did you purchase from them and why do you feel it's of poor quality? Also, have you tried reaching out to them on any other platforms?

15/03/2024 - Reposting my review again as iBands have taken it down again and have still not contacted me to rectify the problem.
11/03/2024 - Reposting my feedback which has been deleted and I still have had no communication from iBand On 12/01/24 purchased a strap #1050, see attached photo. Delivered 26/01/24, a day after I’d left the country for 4 weeks. Returned from abroad 24/02/24. Opened package 24/02/24 to find incorrect strap and size, see attached photo. Wrote to iBand 24/02/24 asking for the order to be corrected. No response. Wrote again 28/01/24. No response. Wrote again 01/03/24. No response. Requested refund 4/03/24. No response. The customer service from this company has been extremely disappointing. I will never purchase from them again.

That is very concerning. Did you try contacting them through any other method besides email? Sometimes businesses respond faster on social media platforms or through their customer service hotlines.
