Responsibility
- A position has become available for a Part-Time Bookkeeper with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- the hours available are from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
- responsible for managing receipts and invoice uploads
- attention to detail and a methodical approach to work is essential
- in addition to bookkeeping, the role will involve some credit control
- day to day bank and ledger reconciliations
- assisting in ensuring that all client accounts are up to date
- liaising with clients and external suppliers to request information
Requirements
- must have completed a bookkeeping course and have sufficient experience
- knowledge of Xero and Hubdoc/ Dext is preferred but not essential
- bookkeeping: 1 year
