Responsibility

  • working closely with the Executive Assistant in managing the mandatory training schedule, enrolments and renewals in line with ISO standards
  • enabling IAAPS to live up to its values and customer experience by providing occasional reception cover as required
  • maintaining CRM database to keep it clean, updated and GDPR compliant
  • other administrative or clerical tasks as required
  • supporting the coordination and creation of internal communications and engagement activities across IAAPS
  • generating information for internal newsletters, social media and website content and assisting with dissemination of company-wide updates
  • acting as the primary contact for events and visits, monitoring and responding to all visit requests, triaging incoming enquiries and liaising with relevant teams as appropriate
  • coordinating all associated logistics of event organisation and delivery, including welcoming visitors as needed, providing site orientation and occasional organisation of corporate catering
