Responsibility
- continuous focus on achieving the project and business objectives on time and on budget
- maintaining excellent, clear communication as a primary point of contact for our customers
- working closely with the Sales, Product & Technical support teams to fine tune business requirements for individual customers
- coordinating the activities of our highly skilled team, globally across multiple projects
- leading the delivery of global scale, multi-stakeholder projects with multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams to build and deliver highly-scalable SaaS solutions to our customers in the aviation fuel management industry
- managing customer expectations by working collaboratively with the support function and engineering teams to ensure customer issues are escalated effectively and rectified
Requirements
- project Management experience to IPMA Level D or PRINCE 2 - with understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- planning and execution of large scale software related projects from proposal to go-live and support hand-over
- overseeing the installation of software/hardware onto customer sites and vehicles
- use of Project Management tools such as Atlassian, Confluence and Jira
- planning and executing the deployment of technical products to customer sites globally, leveraging project management disciplines
- project Management qualifications, such as PRINCE2 or IPMA equivalent
- previous experience of into-plane refuelling or aviation fuel management
- knowledge of the Google Workspace productivity suite and instant messaging tools
