Requirements
- accurately process requisitions, orders and invoices, advising on best value, in accordance with agreed authorisation and timescales
- prepare and process payment runs, uploading these to online banking ready for authorisation, investigating any rejected payments
- liaise with suppliers, contractors, other schools/organisations and budget holders to resolve queries as required
- support the Business Manager to deliver key procurement objectives, demonstrating best value at all times
- keep accurate and up-to-date records, using electronic recording systems and MIS to input data, generate reports and evaluate findings
