- full-time receptionist required for an office building in Letchworth
- we are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to man the reception desk on a full-time basis
- greet and welcome clients and visitors
- this role is ideal for someone with experience in a serviced office building or similar customer-facing role
- answer incoming calls, forwarding and taking messages as necessary
- manage parking for both tenants and visitors to the site
- receive and sort all daily mail and deliveries
- frank outgoing mail and organise tracking where appropriate
