payroll manager
Responsibility
- manage the UK payroll from end-to-end using BrightPay
- ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all staff, including the production and validation of payslips, statutory returns, and reports
- ensure that all payroll operations comply with statutory regulations, including HMRC inquiries, gender pay gap reporting
- ensure pension scheme administration is accurate and up to date, complying with all regulatory requirements
- manage and review the existing T&A system
- travel to local sites to meet with colleagues and answer questions
- manage the UK pension scheme
- administer the various company benefits schemes; including private medical insurance, life assurance, health cash plans, cycle to work
