Responsibility
- you will be the main point of contact for key stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers on the site location
- as a Warehouse Site Manager, you will have oversight and responsibility for security, safe working practices including maintenance within the facility and equipment
- you will be an ambassador for best practice, company regulations and ensuring compliance metrics are met to ensure best practice and safeguarding for all our colleagues
- regular Service meetings with suppliers and support services to ensure budgets are adhere to
- to oversee all Operations processes to ensure client experience from onboarding and beyond is exceptional
Requirements
- effectively running fast-paced operations with a client focus
- proven experience leading effective and efficient operations
- provide examples of Continuous Improvement Methodology in previous roles
- experience in Warehouse and Logistics management roles
- demonstrable coaching and mentoring skills
- an ability to interact and collaborate effectively with other parts of our global organisation
