Responsibility

  • checking purchase invoices & credit notes for accuracy, coding and approvals
  • posting of purchase invoices
  • supplier statement reconciliations
  • issue purchase orders
  • deal with queries from customers/suppliers on invoices issued/received
  • preparation of bank reconciliations
  • cross support other team members with a view to meeting deadlines
  • assist with ad hoc projects within the team as required

  • have previous knowledge in a similar role
  • have previous working knowledge of accounting software
  • be able to interact with a small team and have good communication skills
