Working hours
- part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- checking purchase invoices & credit notes for accuracy, coding and approvals
- posting of purchase invoices
- supplier statement reconciliations
- issue purchase orders
- deal with queries from customers/suppliers on invoices issued/received
- preparation of bank reconciliations
- cross support other team members with a view to meeting deadlines
- assist with ad hoc projects within the team as required
Requirements
- have previous knowledge in a similar role
- have previous working knowledge of accounting software
- be able to interact with a small team and have good communication skills
- have a flexible approach
- be accurate with superb attention to detail
- professional approach respecting confidentiality
- displays initiative and ability to work autonomously as may be required
