Responsibility
- we are currently looking to recruit an ICT Systems Developer to join our ICT Team
- deliver key strategic projects through development, implementation, and support into business as usual adopting an agile development approach
- work with internal stakeholders and our Business Improvement Team to identify and test innovations from within and outside the sector with transformational potential in line with our new Strategy and Digital evolution journey
- support THG to achieve efficiencies, improve performance and add social value, making an impact and a real difference to our customer’s lives
Requirements
- you will work in an agile team with a lead technical role in developing the Microsoft Power Platform
- as an ICT Systems Developer, you will be developing and supporting primarily Microsoft platforms and collaborating closely with our Business Improvement Team
- you will build upon and further enhance the organisational capabilities needed to succeed in moving forwards, promoting the use of our ‘digital first’ agenda to achieve this
- you will be joining us at a really exciting time as we’ll soon be launching our new Strategy which is going to mean a new way of working for us all, so you’ll need to be up for change and able to work at pace, supporting others in this too
