- hotpod Yoga Colchester is a brand new hot yoga studio in Colchester. Our goal is to bring the power of yoga to more people and places than ever before – even those who may never have thought yoga was for them
- you may have heard of Hotpod Yoga in other locations but please note this is a seperate privately owned franchise studio, we are not linked to any other studio location so
- bringing a one-of-a-kind experience that caters to all levels of yoga ability, from complete beginners to longtime practitioners through adaptable vinyasa-based flow classes
- we use class structures as a guide for teachers to find freedom in a framework. Meaning classes follow a similar arch to ensure every class works in the space, heat and darkness
- instructors are asked to arrive 30 minutes before class, - we are there to meet/build rapport with the students and easily checking off their names as they come in
Requirements
- 200hr YTT qualified
- experience teaching Vinyasa yoga
- experience teaching and practicing Hot Yoga
