Responsibility
- bookkeeping: Assisting our bookkeeper, when required, by helping to maintain organised and up-to-date financial records using various accounting software solutions
- transaction Management: Handle a high volume of financial transactions related to property management and tourism operations. This includes processing payments, recording expenses, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial data
- reconciliation: Regularly reconcile financial accounts to ensure they align with the company's records, bank statements, and other financial documentation. Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate financial information
- budget Monitoring: Support the monitoring and tracking of departmental and project budgets. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure budget adherence and provide updates on financial performance
