- based in Brixton, South East London, Hot Cakes is an international booking agency and events company specialising in underground dance music
- liaison with promoters and creation of detailed itineraries for Artists
- booking all national and international travel and accommodation for Artists in coordination with promoters
- chasing invoices and ensuring timely payment of Artists
- building strong relationships with Artist to better understand their individual needs and requirements
- we represent the Hot Cakes and Jungle Cakes brands and act as the agent for a range of high profile Drum 'n' Bass and Jungle Artists, arranging and coordinating bookings for DJ shows and occasionally live shows with independent promoters, venues and festivals worldwide
- troubleshooting occasional travel challenges and being a key point of contact throughout
- creating contracts for Artist bookings
