Responsibility
- provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations when needed
- ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- work efficiently and collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs during peak hours
- handle payments, process orders, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and standards
Requirements
- previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- A flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be of legal drinking age and eligible to work in the UK
