Responsibility
- support diary management for MD and DCS to include scheduling and planning meetings and appointments, liaising with all parties as required
- to organise conference bookings, workshops and support the creation of presentations and spreadsheets as required
- to be a point of contact for all patient and professional enquiries, on behalf of the Medical Director, including dealing with any patient related queries
- provide cover for the Business Support Officer and support other Clinical Administration Assistant roles during periods of absence as required
- responsible for the management and coordination of agreed meetings throughout the year on behalf of the MD and DCS as required with internal and external stakeholders
- provide support to the Director of Quality and Improvement in the absence of Quality and Improvement Assistant as required
- to collate, manage and coordinate the actions generated by meetings which are required of the MD and DCS in a timely way ahead of the agreed timescales
- maintain an efficient and up to date office filing system, both electronic and hard copy as required and compliant with appropriate data policies and procedures
