- horseWorld is a caring team and a safe environment for the rehabilitation and training of rescued horses who become vital to support young people in their personal learning journey, building confidence whilst creating life-changing opportunities and a positive future for both
- managing all administration for the full employee life cycle including new starters, changes to T&Cs and leavers; issuing paperwork, processing salary changes, recalculating holiday entitlements, updating personnel records, processing changes on the HR/payroll system
- maintain all training taken in our single central record to include certificates as appropriate and maintaining the training database
- attending and participating in meetings and completing training courses as required
- assisting with HR projects
- adhering to HorseWorld’s policies, procedures and performance expectations and upholding the ethos of HorseWorld in all functions of the post
- responsible To Deputy CEO
- salary FTE of circa £26,000 per annum, pro rata
