Responsibility
- supervise and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

- implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

- collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational procedures and policies
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- previous experience in retail is highly desirable along with keen interest in sports
- retail sales: 1 year
