HOMES PLUS CARE is looking for employees for positions:
- full-time | Part-time | Contract | Permanent
- arts and crafts, dancing, music, football, bowling and going to cinema
- supporting tenants in leisure, education, and employment services inside and outside of the home
- supporting tenants to make and attend any health or wellbeing appointments
- supporting tenants as much as possible to undertake household chores, including planning and preparing meals
- assisting tenants in maintaining their personal hygiene where necessary
- support with food shopping, gardening, pottery
- giving medication as required
- supporting tenants with emotional needs when displaying behaviours that challenge

- full Driving license essential
- good communication and written skills
- commitment, enthusiasm, flexibility and professionalism
