Requirements
- ideally a least two-year’s experience in a technical sales &/or support role
- proven track record in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or clean technology sector
- strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and support customers with the installation and use our products and services
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
- experience in customer success or account management is highly desirable
- familiarity with Sales CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
