Responsibility
- we require a Deputy Manager to oversee the daily running of the new Children's home Service in the Southport area
- the ability to participate in on-call rotas and take out-of-hours calls is a requirement, as is a Full UK Driving License
- sleep in duties are paid at £60 per night
- note this is a working Deputy role and will require you to be on shift with a sleep-in duty
- knowledge of Ofsted is essential and 3 years of experience working with Children or Young People within a residential environment including 2 years at a senior level
- A Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Services and experience in supervising staff, attending formal meetings and preparing formal reports is also essential
