Requirements
- professional Qualification or equivalent
- previous experience of construction/retrofit or fabric upgrades are preferred, however not essential
- previous experience in project and contract management, preferably in the passive fire services or construction industry
- understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
- ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting
- excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative
- excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines
- good written and verbal communication skills and manner
Contract type
- manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- review and approve contract modifications, change orders, and claims
- establish and maintain relationships with all parties, key stakeholders to deliver contract completion and resolve disputes
- conduct regular contract reviews and audits to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions
Responsibility
- monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and report on project status to senior management
- lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies related to project execution and contract performance
