Responsibility
- provide specialist advice and actionable recommendations to line managers and HR in relation to employees’ health concerns
- complete fitness for work Health Assessments for new starters
- support the site in developing its Mental Health wellbeing strategy
- proactively support the organisation in the delivery of wellbeing initiatives
- attend regular meetings with HR and Operational Managers, providing an overview of OH activities and updates on employee health issues including absence cases
- support with facilitating environmental surveys and provide Occupational Health related advice to colleagues
- deliver presentations / training sessions to promote health and wellbeing
- assist the HR Manager to monitor, review and develop Occupational Health Policies and procedures to ensure they meet current legislation and Health & Safety Executive guidance on best practice and clinical standards recommendations
