Responsibility
- conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs for clients
- provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and form
- motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- monitor client progress and make adjustments to training programs as needed
- educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- maintain a clean and safe workout environment
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
- in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- strong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology
- ability to educate and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals
- ability to design and implement effective training programs for individuals of varying fitness levels
- strong coaching and instructional skills
- experience in sports coaching or group fitness instruction is a plus
- excellent communication skills to effectively explain exercises and provide feedback to clients
