creating, managing and delivering agreed budgets and profiles, identifying financial risks and applying reasonable adjustments to maintain the financial security of your local business
leading the business growth and development of your team through proactive employer engagement and other sales activities to drive future leads whilst maintaining and building the reputation across all our Company brands

Requirements
have at least 2 years experience of managing a successful team
at least 2 years experience of managing a successful team
knowledge of work-based learning and previous experience with a training provider
excellent track record of promoting good performance against KPIs
be located in the Birmingham, Staffordshire or Shropshire area
be located in Bristol, Gloucester, Hereford or Worcester
you must be professional and confident, with the ability to articulate yourself well and utilise the available technology effectively
