Responsibility
- fielding incoming calls and emails from Customers, Drivers and Sub-contractors
- assisting and dealing with the planning & scheduling of Road transport operations
- managing operations on a cost-effective basis
- obtaining quotations for tender inclusion, various commercial activities
- assisting in producing method statements, CAD drawings, lift plans etc
- planning and assisting with the movement of Abnormal Indivisible Loads , including obtaining required permits, undertaking route surveys, and providing customer reports
