- knowledge of powered access machine parts and their applications
- warehousing experience an advantage but not essential
Responsibility
- maintain and update parts system to monitor requirements and within spending parameters
- complete monthly stock takes to ensure all stock is accounted for correctly
- ensure field service engineer requests are met, and all spare parts are allocated to the engineer / asset
- collaborate with the Service Director to monitor stock levels and demands
- collaborate with the Service Director with supply chain issues or back order issues
- forecast parts usage and trends to make informed purchasing decisions, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- place timely and accurate purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels
- assist and liaise with colleagues for any breakdowns and parts requirements for workshop and field service engineers
