- finance: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and use Sage for record-keeping
- charity: Assist the General Manager in managing the charity operations, help develop strategies, and lead events and fundraising
- fundraising & Bids: Assist the General Manager in Identifying funding opportunities, lead bids, and maintain donor relationships
- compliance: Legal and Health & Safety compliance and assist in overseeing risk management
- stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners
- adaptability: Be open to learning new skills and adapting to business changes
