- liasing with customers regarding work conducted
- file and maintain documents, both physical and electronic
- we are a estabilished village garage who are looking for a friendly, organised individual to join our team
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- experience working in a customer facing role is a plus but not essential
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- customer service: 1 year
- administrative experience: 1 year
