Responsibility

  • photocopying, scanning and filing all relevant documentation
  • raising job cards for Brake Test and Inspection, MOTs and Repairs on R2c computer system
  • answering the phone and taking messages, liaising with the Managing Director, Financial Accountant and the Parts Manager
  • the ideal candidate should have a garage based back ground and be computer literate
  • A knowledge of R2C would be an advantage but training will be given
  • liaising with customers to let them know in a timely manner when their Inspections, Brake Test and MOTs appointments are due and booking in the same
  • salary will be based on age and experience
  • booking MOT slots with the DVSA for HHH ATF Centre Ltd informing customers of the dates their vehicles should be here for pre mot and MOT
