Responsibility
- efficiently manages the set up and take down of functions alongside the caretaking team
- works hands on as required in food and bar service during functions/events, managing and delegating to junior staff where needed
- ensures venue is clean and fit for use through effective liaison with the caretaking/cleaning team
- manages room hire administration including invoicing
- assists in the delivery of internal events such as concerts, fairs and festivals
- provides excellent customer service to clients and prospects hiring spaces at the venue, both in person and via telephone and email communications
- following a successful induction period the person will be a site keyholder, first aider and fire warden
