- ensuring the bank statements are downloaded daily; escalate promptly if any issue to swiftly resolve it
- ensuring the FX is uploaded on the system correctly and timely
- completing all the petty cash summaries and review to check for accuracy before sending it to report team for posting
- documenting processes and updating process maps & producing SOP's
- assisting internal or external audit team to complete quarterly or annual audit
- working to deliver day-to-day objectives with significant impact on achievement of results for the job area
- providing measurable input to new processes or standards in operational plans that will have some impact on the achievement of overall function results
