Responsibility

  • act as a customer champion, delivering an excellent customer experience at all times and support with increasing our Customer Satisfaction levels
  • review real-time, daily and weekly reports to monitor agent performance, ensuring agent availability is maximised, whilst reducing non-call related activities
  • lead by example and positively influence and contribute to team culture
  • ensure all team members are fully trained to complete their role through ongoing and regular coaching and training
  • handle complaint escalations and provide coaching to team members for the resolution of customer complaints
  • support with recruitment and induction for new starters
  • manage the department shift rota, ensuring adequate staffing capacity to support business volumes
  • monitor team performance, ensuring individual and team KPI’s are met

Requirements

  • supervising: 1 year
  • customer Service: 1 year
