Responsibility
- as our CQC registered domiciliary care manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of our services including
- overall day to day running of the care home
- ensuring the provision of high-quality care services to vulnerable people living in their own home
- ensuring the highest standard of care
- training, managing and deploying teams of highly trained care workers to provide outstanding levels care and support to vulnerable adults
- training and development of staff
- ensuring consistent application of our policies, procedures, approved practice and promoting our mission, vision, strategy, goals and objectives
- participating in and contributing to the strategic management and overall culture of our organisation
Requirements
- minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management
- care Home Manager experience
- experience working in the health care sector
- driven, motivated and believe in the quality of Care
- you possess strong leadership and management qualities whilst taking on a dynamic and flexible approach to the role
- organised with a sharp attention to detail
- experience in people management
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
