Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- demonstrated ability to generate new intellectual property within an area of specialty
- 4 - 6 years of professional industry experience
- demonstrated ability to plan and lead large scale projects using project management and Stage-Gate discipline
- 6 years of professional industry experience
- demonstrated proficiency in Design of Experiments and statistical tools, including ability to teach and mentor others
- demonstrated understanding of market impact and applications within an area of specialty
- ability to deliver internal and external presentations in a professional manner
