Hayes Fuels are a major player in the Solid and Liquid fuels market in Northern Ireland. An opportunity currently exists to join our team as Sales Office Administrator based at our Head Office in Dungannon, County Tyrone.Main Duties: Accurately processing of sales orders, raise despatch note and invoices.Resolve invoice discrepancies and raise credit notes if required.Month end sales ledger close to include printing statements and monthly reportsPreparation of daily/weekly/monthly sales reportsLiaise with Sales reps as necessary on sales, payment, credits and other sales related queries.Set up and maintain customer accounts.Maintain and update customer price lists.Daily cash handling including credit card payments.On-line banking direct debiting collection.EDIGRN stock and maintain all relevant paperwork/records.Additional Duties: Weighbridge DutiesGeneral Office Duties – answer phones, compiling ad hoc reports, etcAny other duties as requested by managementCriteria: At Least 2 years relevant experience of computerised accounting systems and working in a similar busy office environment.Similar Industry Experience AdvantageousExcellent Computer Skills – Email, High level Excel, Word, Internet, Accounting systems (Perito/Sage experience advantageous)Quantitative Reasoning SkillsGood Analytical SkillsWork to deadlineExcellent Communication Skills / People skills – polite & talkative personalityHours of work – part time to be worked between the hours of 9am-5.30pm with ½ hr for lunch Mon-Fri (On occasions to cover holidays/sickness etc it may be necessary to start earlier) Salary Negotiable depending on experience.Job Type: Part-timeSchedule:Monday to Friday
