• answer telephone, greet visitors and deal with politely and efficiently
• liaise with colleagues, inventory clerk, landlords and tenants as required

• oversee notification of change of occupants to utility companies

• previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
• proven track record of managing a team of direct reports and delivering high levels of performance
• excellent organizational and communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
