Responsibility
- this role demands a blend of organisational prowess, strong leadership, creativity, and exceptional interpersonal skills
- the Conference & Events Manager will be a dynamic and engaging leader responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of events at our prestigious venue
- create clear development paths for team members, ensuring they are well-versed in every aspect of the events business and capable of delivering services to the highest standards
- our venue hosts a variety of events including corporate parties, brand launches, royalty/heads of state, conferences, filming, weddings and significant festivals throughout the year, each requiring a unique and tailored approach
- leadership and Team Development: Exhibit strong leadership qualities, with a focus on developing and training the team
- this position is ideal for an experienced leader who demonstrates forward-thinking, possesses a commercial mindset, and is proactive in driving sales and business development within our prestigious venue
- client Management: Expertly handle enquiries from a broad spectrum of sources including corporates, filming, weddings, festivals, agencies, and private clients, ensuring a bespoke and exceptional service is delivered, tailored to the unique needs of each event, including those of Lord Salisbury
- these duties may change from time to time in consultation with the post holder, to reflect the needs of Hatfield Park
