Responsibility

  • organising surveys for projects
  • first point of contact for telephone enquiries, redirecting calls, answering queries and taking messages
  • dealing with incoming and outgoing post and sample orders
  • managing spreadsheets and keeping data up to date and accurate
  • managing the shared office calendar inc. annual renewals/holiday forms, Sickness forms. etc
  • ensuring stationary and office supplies are ordered and maintained
  • assisting the Directors and team members with administrative tasks such as meeting invites and responses, minutes, printing/copying. Filing and setting up new job files
  • providing support to the accounts department
