Responsibility
- develop and implement effective training programs for football players
- the welfare of players within their designated age group
- teach and demonstrate proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the game
- providing high quality coaching and support
- plan and organize practice sessions to improve players' skills and performance
- delivering a training and games programme
- evaluate players' abilities and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- develop game plans and strategies for upcoming matches
Requirements
- previous experience as a football coach or player is preferred
- strong knowledge of the game of football, including rules, strategies, and techniques
- level 1 Certificate in Coaching football
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- recognised First Aid Qualification
- ability to effectively educate and motivate players of all skill levels
- knowledge and Understanding of Child Protection issues and hold current FA Safeguarding Children certificate
- organizational skills to plan practices, schedule games, and manage team logistics
