Had to return my aid has it wasn’t suitable did everything tracked the parcel etc received delivery confirmation but couldn’t once speak to anyone and I’m still no further to getting my full refund which they say is easy to do it’s now 2weeks later still no refund or reply very dissatisfied won’t be recommending sadly
