After having dealings with this company one of the directors still owes me money and has ignored all correspondence from me which speaks volumes about this company. Totally untrustworthy. Avoid this company unless you want to be conned!

To start with we had a salesman come to us and explain the issues of having the foam insulation. They assured us that their company would come and remove all the foam insulation, repair or replace the felting if needed and ensure the roof was insulated to the correct depth with rockwall insulation. We were also told they would remove all the foam safely from the property.
The workmen came to do the work and left all the black bags of removed foam on out driveway. I had to call and ask for it to be removed as the company didn't know the workmen had left them. They removed them 2 days later.
2 months passed when I needed to go into the rook only to find that there was still foam on the walls and wood beams, the insulation had not been done and there were holes in the felting that had been hidden by our stuff stored in the loft which had not been repaired.
Everything insulation then sent other workmen to finish the job. The next workmen came and removed the remaining foam, patched the holes in the felting and laid further rockwall insulation.
On inspection there were still areas with insufficient rockwall insulation and a bag of foam still in the loft. Also some of the patches of repair to the felting was already falling off. I contacted everything insulation again and they sent another workman. This workman re repaired the patches to the felting and laid further rockwall insulation where needed.

I have gone into my roof again only to find most of the patches are falling off again. I have contacted Bryan directly (on the 4th May)who sent Andrew to investigate (who came on the 10th May). I contacted Bryan again on the 22nd May to ask for an report and plan on when and how they intend to rectify the issues. He told me he would get back to me the next day. However, that was 7 days ago and they still haven't sent the repot or contacted me with a plan of action.

They say they warranty their work for 1 year, but it looks like they just do temporary fixes which will leave you with a very expensive repair after the 1 year warranty runs out.

I have contacted an independent roofer and he says that the repair patches keep falling off because for felting to be repaired properly, it should be repaired from the outside, not the inside.

I was pleased with the overall service we received. From the surveyor to the three men who removed the spray foam.
Tony , Jason and Ian did a great job of removing the spray foam and taking it all away, they were very professional and very polite. It took them two days to remove the spray foam ,they never stopped all the time that were here.
They hoovered up and left everywhere tidy when they had finished .
The following day a Surveyer came to inspect the work that had been done ,and to make sure my wife and I were happy with the work that was done
