Responsibility
- input and process all sales and purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- handle general administrative tasks to support the garage's daily operations
- maintain an excellent telephone manner and provide exceptional customer service in face-to-face interactions
- order parts and supplies for our repair service, ensuring adequate inventory levels
- schedule and book M.O.T. appointments for vehicles
- assist with vehicle selling and purchasing, if applicable
Requirements
- previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is highly desirable
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- experience in the automotive industry or vehicle sales is an advantage
