Responsibility
- maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring timely delivery of New Product launches
- identify and source new suppliers while evaluating existing ones to ensure competitiveness in pricing, quality, and delivery
- negotiate terms with suppliers to secure the best prices, payment terms, and promotional support
- manage procurement of stock to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize overstock
- stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or service levels
- work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment across the business
- maintain Trading Terms with suppliers, ensuring all records are accurate
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proven track record of successfully negotiating with suppliers
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- experience of analytic software e.g. Qlikview, Phocas, Power BI etc
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements
