- drive the Safe bus to and from its location
- maintain a clean and organised work environment
- assess the risk to yourself and others and ask for more support if needed
- evaluating different approaches to solving problems
- communicating and liaising with different agencies that work with the Bath bus
- no two days are the same, as an emergency care assistant you will be working alongside clinicians attending every kind of accident and emergency
- record patient information and complete a handover report with clarity
- the technician role requires motivation, commitment and personal resilience as well as an ability to reflect and seek feedback on clinical practice
Requirements
- FREUC 5 or equivalent
- FREC 5 or equivalent
- have a full driving licence and a C1 on your licence
- you must be over the age of 21 with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- proficient in patient care techniques and procedures
- ability to accurately document patient information and maintain confidentiality
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
