- ensuring all processes are followed and work completed accurately and on time
- advising the Service Receptionists about required parts
- communicating technical knowledge to service reception and customers when required
- producing repair time estimates
- maintaining repair and service records
Requirements
- A proven track record working in a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic position
- level 4 certificate
- A high level of diagnostic capability
- the ability to draw upon past experience to troubleshoot issues
- an existing right to live and work in the UK
